There are two main places in the Back Office where you can find and review your customers' Special Orders, Layaways, Workshop Jobs and Quotes.
Customer Orders: This is a summary of your customer’s orders showing customer detail, order type, due dates etc.
Customer Order Lines: This is a line by line list of all items currently on order / reserved for your customers.
Both of these pages are located under the Customers Orders heading in the Back Office main menu.
