To allow individual users of Cloud POS access to other products such as Customer Rewards, you can set up permissions from the Cashiers page in Cloud POS backoffice.
From the main menu in Cloud POS backoffice, go to Setup and then Cashiers & Users.
Next, click on the Product Access tab:
NOTE: To be able to delegate access to a cashier, you will need to have already created the cashier in Cloud POS. If you are unsure how to do this, please see the Related Articles for guidance.
If the cashier to whom you wish to provide access does not appear in the list, and you have confirmed the cashier has been set up on the Cashiers tab, click on New and you'll see the following grid appear:
Select the Cashier you wish to set up with access, from the dropdown menu;
In the Product Name field, select Customer Rewards from the dropdown menu;
Select the required Access Level from the dropdown menu.
NOTE: You only need to set the Access Level to No Access if you are editing an existing cashier and want to remove their access. By default, cashiers will not have access to any external applications.
Click Update to save your changes.
