The attached document contains a full list of Amazon category codes.
From the main menu in Cloud MT, go to Site Management, and then Category List:
Locate the Amazon category and click Add:
Create a category which would have a name matching that of an Amazon category, for example:

You would call this category "Amazon – Cycling – Clothing – Mens – Shorts":
Save the category and then click Edit next to it;
You now need to add the code in the Category Description field:
Click Save to update the information;
This then links the category in Cloud MT to the Amazon category.
Once you have set up the categories you wish to use, you can assign your products to the categories in the Amazon Planner.
They will then become active on Amazon.
