The checkout on the ecommerce platform allows customers to place a Click and Collect order and use V12 finance to pay for their items.
If this is something you would like to offer on your ecommerce site, you must contact V12 and request that the Click and Collect option is enabled within your V12 account.
Citrus-Lime cannot complete the setup of this functionality on your website until V12's Integration Team confirm to us that they have enabled the option for you. Once we receive confirmation we can carry out the necessary technical steps to put this feature in place for you.
When a finance Click & Collect order is downloaded to Cloud POS, the last four digits of the customer's payment card will come through to Cloud POS within the finance order information. This is used to verify the collection in-store.
