The Citrus-Lime integration with Mailchimp uploads your full e-commerce product catalogue to Mailchimp.
The ability to pull from your full product database enables you to feature products on a range of campaigns, such as best-sellers or re-marketing.
The following data is uploaded from each product;
- product name
- product code
- product url
- product main image url
- qty in stock (overall qty in the case of matrix items)
- price (or the sale price, if the item is on sale)
- brand
- the product group
To ensure that data remains accurate, the integration looks at products that have been updated and will refresh the information in Mailchimp where necessary.
This means that any changes made to product data - for example, an update to the price, or extra images being added - will synchronise with Mailchimp.
Uploading of new and revised product data takes place every 24 hours.
NOTE: For retailers running multiple e-commerce sites from a single database, only product data from Store 1 will be uploaded. Mailchimp does not accept duplicate product IDs from different URLs.
