We've reworked the Mailchimp integration in our platform, with a complete rewrite to improve supportability, reliability and the accuracy of order reporting and basket abandonment.
These changes became live as part of the Ecommerce release in early January 2021.
As part of these changes:
- A new list will be created in your Mailchimp account.
- All of the records in your Ecommerce system will be imported into this new list.
- The list name will be Citrus Lime Cloud POS — <Your Cloud POS Group>
**You will need to manually move your unsubscribers list and any legacy data in your existing lists into the new list before you begin using it.**
