We have updated Cloud Reports. Here's a list of what you can expect to see in the release:
New Feature:
Returns Report
Cloud POS Sales Reports now includes a Returns Report which allows in-depth clarity in the viewing of all items that have been returned to the store. Benefits of the new report include:
- Reasons codes being against each product on the report, to give a clearer understanding of return reason and inventory state;
- If a Customer is set against the returned transaction, you will be given visibility of the customer and a link to the customer card in Backoffice;
- Each Item Lookup Code is linked which means you can view the required items from the report;
- The cashier who processed the Refund is visible against each returned item on the report.
Note: This report is available to Administration Access users only
Improvements:
Sales Rep Report
We have added Commission Values against the Sales Rep Reports. Enabling visibility for viewing commission earned against all Sales Reps.
GDPR Information
Customer GDPR Consent and GDPR Consent date are now visible to view, filter, and export on the following existing reports:
- Top Customer Report
- Who Bought What Report
- Repeat Customer Report
