Cloud POS is being updated on the evening of the 2nd of September.
Improvements
Migration of customers to Customer Rewards version 2 is complete and Customer Rewards version 1 has been decommissioned. This update of Cloud POS is taking place in support of this.
- Customer lookup by Customer Rewards card number now looks up first by card number, then identifies the account using the email returned by Customer Rewards Account. We no longer use Customer Rewards Version 1 Id's.
Bug Fixes
- An issue where Reorder & Restock (min/max) levels couldn't be edited through the Matrix Item page for a specified time after an eCommerce order had been placed for the item has been fixed.
