Anonymous Login fails subsequent attempts to checkout;
For each e-mail address, attempting to place a second order without logging in causes a validation failure. The user is then shown this error message:
Duplicate detection has been reduced to allow the creation of the additional accounts required. The duplicate detection will be improved and re-added in a future version.
