    Cloud POS // Hotpatch - 31st January 2023

    We are updating Citrus-Lime Cloud POS on the evening of the 31st of January 2023. Here are the details of what is included in this release: 

    New Features

    • We have completed integrating a new live chat software, Omnichannel. The switchover from the currently-used Tawk.To to Omnichannel will be made on the 1st of February. You will notice that the live Chat widget presents slightly differently from the previous version. 
    • CitrusPay Payouts Report has been added to the Backoffice of Cloud POS. This report will present the same information as the Payouts page in Cloud MT. This report details when settlements have been sent to your nominated bank account when you can expect to see the payments arrive, and allows you to break down each payout amount to view which transactions are included, and the value of fees taken.

    Improvements

    • Maintenance tasks completed for CitrusPay to ensure continued robustness.
    • We have temporarily hidden postcode look-up for non-UK groups; this was done to remove any conflict between the UI and the current functionality which does not support it at the moment.

    Bug Fixes

    • We have fixed a bug which could cause multiple updated Item Lookup Codes to not be available in Cloud MT. This concerned updates that were made in short succession.
