Backoffice // How do I resend an eReceipt?
You can send as many copies of an eReceipt as is required from the customer's transaction history, located in the Back Office.
Go to Customers, Receipts & Orders > Customers and locate the correct customer using the searchable grid.
Select the Purchase History tab.
Locate the correct transaction and select RE-SEND E-RECEIPT
NOTE: The customer account must have an email address saved.
