    Setting store email address for communications

    Customer Communications and E-Receipts are sent with a from email address that relates the store associated with the current user. Each store in Citrus-Lime POS has its own email address with can be added and edited in the Back Office.

     

    Within the back office menu, under the setup section, select stores.

     

     

    Select the store you need to edit;

    Set or change the field marked ‘customer services email’

    Save any changes at the bottom of the page
