Brief Note on Creating or Editing Users
Only users with Administrator level are able to access the Users page to create or make changes to any users. Please contact your system administrator if you are unable to access the Users page.
1) From the Back Office side menu, expand the Users heading and then click on Users.
2) Click on the blue pencil icon next to the user that you wish to Edit:

3) Amend any fields you want to change and then click Save.
