When creating a special order, workshop job or layaway, you can add a comment to the order e.g. “Customer requested a later collection as they're on holiday until the 14th” using this box:

This comment will show on the full-size receipt by default – it will look something like this:

However, you can also set this up so that it prints on the 40-Col receipt too, which would look something like this:

Configuring Order Comments to print on 40-Col Receipts
- In the Back Office, open the side menu and click on Setup, then Registers.
- Choose the register/till you want this setting to apply to.

- Find the Include Order Comments on Receipts option and untick the box.

- Click on Save Pending Change in the bottom right (or use Ctrl + S) to save your settings.

- If you have more than one cash register/till, you'll need to follow the steps above for each one.
