    How can I check a Gift Voucher balance in Back Office?

    From the Customer Record, select the 'Gift Vouchers' tab from the top of the screen:

    This will allow you to view the voucher serial number, current voucher balance, the expiry date, adjust the expiry date, cancel the voucher or re-print / email the voucher.
