eCommerce
Improvements
- Expanded Universal Variables on the product page to include collection URLs.
- Canonical URLs now render correctly in the <head>, improving recognition in Google Search Console and enhancing SEO performance.
- Routine security enhancements aligned with standard maintenance protocols.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved a null reference error that could disrupt Google Analytics tracking.
Checkout V4
Improvements
- Custom item attributes in emails to display the same as they would in v3 checkout.
- Improved messaging for scenarios where customer rewards are overridden by gift vouchers or coupons covering the full order value.
- Improved handling of customer rewards points available updating whilst checking out.
- Users can now select a Click & Collect store from both the map view and the store list.
- The country selection field is now searchable for quicker entry.
- Refined text on the Accounts pages for clarity.
- Updated email processing system for improved reliability.
- Introduced Consent Mode to enable Microsoft Ads tracking.
- Enhanced logging of errors that could occur during payment collection.
Bug Fix
- Prevented users from being kicked back to an empty cart in the unlikely event that there was a voucher error.
- Account pages to use the main site logo.
- Prevention of order updates after sending to PayPal for payment.
Cloud MT
Improvements
- Updates to support improvements to the robustness of payment collection and reporting, when customers have started to pay with one payment method and then switched to another.
