If you would prefer not to show customer addresses and phone numbers on 40-Col receipts, you can configure each register individually so that these details are not printed.
This may be of particular interest to retailers who attach 40-Col receipts to items out on the shop floor that are awaiting collection.
In the Cloud POS Back Office, navigate to Setup then Registers & Barcode Label Printers.
Locate the relevant register and click Edit.
Under the section titled Settings, tick the box for Exclude Customer Details from Receipts:
Click the Save button on this screen.
Repeat this process for all registers where you wish to hide customer contact details from the 40-Col receipt.
The images below show the difference in appearance. The receipt on the left is the default view, which includes the customer contact details. The receipt on the right shows how the same purchase would present, with the contact details hidden.
