Can I Undo changes made in a wizard?

If you have made changes using a wizard and then found that those changes are not needed, or are incorrect, the system has the ability to undo these changes.

    Undoing a Wizard

    1) First, you need to go to Wizards & Import from the menu in the Back Office.

    2) Click on View All in the top right corner of the type of wizard you're looking to undo, to see the full list.

    3) Find the wizard that you wish to undo in the list, then click on the Undo symbol on the left hand side:

    4) You'll see a prompt letting you know what this Undo button does, asking you to confirm that this is what you want to do. Click Yes to proceed:

You should see a green message appear in the top right informing you that the wizard is in the process of being undone:

The status will also change on the wizard grid to Pending Undo.

The wizard will then be undone in the background so you are able to complete other tasks. Once complete this will revert your changes, and the status for that wizard will change to 'Reverted'.

N.B.: Wizards are processed sequentially, so will be 'queued' and processed one after another.
