If you use the Courier Integration Module to generate shipping labels from the Point Of Sale, you'll be familiar with the fact that when you click to Buy Label, a preview of the label will be shown on screen.

You then need to close the preview window to proceed with the transaction.

In Cloud POS:

For busy dispatch teams, this extra step can reduce productivity, and often the printer itself is in view of the operator, so they have visual confirmation that the label has printed.

On registers where it would be preferable not to see the label preview, you can use the configuration option to turn this off.

1)  From the main menu in Cloud POS backoffice, navigate to Setup, then Registers & Barcode Label Printers, then click Edit on the register on which you wish to disable the label preview.

2)  Under the Settings section, tick the box next to the heading titled Hide Courier Label Preview.

3)  Scroll to the foot of the page and click Save.

When you next log into the register and use the function to buy a label, the label preview will no longer display.

If you decide you'd like to enable the label preview again, follow the steps described above but untick the Hide Courier Label Preview box.
