    What actions do I need to take in my Mailchimp account?

    Information on the Mailchimp Release in January 2021

    We've reworked the Mailchimp integration in our platform, with a complete rewrite to improve supportability, reliability and the accuracy of order reporting and basket abandonment.

    These changes will be live as part of the Ecommerce release in early January 2021. The release notes will include full details of the improvements we have made.

    As part of these changes:

    • A new list will be created in your Mailchimp account.
    • All of the records in your Ecommerce system will be imported into this new list.
    • The list name will be Citrus Lime Cloud POS — <Your Cloud POS Group>


    **You will need to manually move your unsubscribers list and any legacy data in your existing lists into the new list before you begin using it.**
