The CloudPOS Workshop has different views to help the mechanics to organise the work booked in.
If you want to see the jobs that are assigned to a particular mechanic, there are a few different ways to do this, depending on which view you're using.
Viewing a single mechanic's jobs
Board View
From the Board view, simply click on the initials of the mechanic whose workload you want to focus on:
Or you also have a Group By Mechanic option to organise the orders on the board into separate rows for each mechanic.
Calendar View
Similar to the Board View, just click on the initials of the mechanic in question in the top left to only show that mechanic's jobs on the Calendar.
List View
In the List View, use the Assigned Mechanic column and choose the mechanic in question from the dropdown.
Viewing Multiple Mechanics or Unassigned Jobs
You can also select multiple mechanics at the same time, or you can choose to only look at jobs that are not yet assigned to a particular mechanic.
To view multiple mechanics, simply click on multiple sets of initials, or choose multiple names from the dropdown in the List View.
To only see unassigned jobs, click on the person icon on the Board or the Calendar, or choose None Assigned from the dropdown in the List View.
