You probably find that when using the Back Office, there are pages that you visit all the time, on a daily (or hourly!) basis. To save you some clicks, we've added a Favourites feature to the Back Office side menu, so that the pages you use most often will be at the top of the side menu, ready for whenever you need them.
Like the Grid Layout feature, these Favourites are saved to your individual cashier login, so your colleagues can have a completely different set of Favourites to suit their needs.
Adding a Favourite
- In the Back Office, open the side menu.

- Find the menu option you want to favourite, either by expanding the relevant heading or by using the Search bar at the top of the menu.
- Hover the mouse over the menu option you want to save (e.g. here I hovered over Items), and a little star icon will appear to the right of it.

- Click on the star to add this menu option to the Favourites section at the top of the menu.

- To remove a Favourite from this section, hover over the Favourite you want to remove and click on the cross.
