The picklist functionality gives you the ability to filter for Cycle 2 Work orders. The functionality relies on the item 'CYCLESCHEMEQUOTE', as shown below, to be included on the customer order – this item will be automatically added when a customer orders online and pays with a Cycle 2 Work voucher.
On the Picklist you can add a Cycle 2 Work column into the grid via the Manage View button in the top right of the grid.
You can then filter this column to True to filter the picklist to just Cycle 2 Work orders:
