    Courier Detail Requirements

    Details required per courier in order to integrate via the Courier Integration Module

    In order to integrate with a Courier via the Citrus-Lime Courier Integration Module, the support team required certain details from you, depending on the courier you will be using. 

    DHL Express

    DHL account number

    DPD Local (Interlink)

    Account ID
    Username
    Password
    (Must be able to log in here: https://www.dpdlocal-online.co.uk/auth/signin) 

    DPD UK

    Account ID
    Username
    Password
    (Must be able to log in here: https://www.dpd.co.uk/umslogon/public/logon.do) 

    DX (this must be a freight account)

    AccountID
    Depot Number
    Password

    FedEx UK

    Account Number
    Address and Postcode associated with the Account

    Parcelforce

    expressLink Username*
    expressLink Password*
    Contract Number
    (* these details must be obtained from Parcelforce and will be sent to you via email)

    Royal Mail (this must be an Online Business Account)

    Company Name (as registered with Royal Mail)
    Main Shipping Address
    Account Number
    Posting Location (this is a 10 digit number starting with 90)
    OBA email address and password 
    Account holder name, email address and phone number
    (must be able to log in here with the OBA credentials: https://www.oba.royalmail.com/continuity/logon.jsp) 

    UPS

    Account Number
    Latest Invoice Number
    Invoice Date
    Invoice Amount
    Address on Invoice

    TNT

    Yodel
