To view your current stock levels whilst receiving stock (in the Goods In screen), simply click on the numbers in the 'Qty On Hand' or 'Qty Committed' columns.
This will open the Stock Enquiry panel, where you can see stock levels, purchase orders, transfers and customer orders containing that item, across all stores.
You can also view the Stock Enquiry panel by clicking on the numbers in the Free Stock column in other grids across the Back Office, such as the Items grid or the Customer Order Lines grid.
