We are experiencing unprecedented times and a large number of our Citrus-Lime customers now find themselves in a fortunate, albeit challenging position. Online orders have seen a sharp increase, but at a time when staffing restrictions imposed by social distancing measures create a bottleneck for getting orders out of the door. 

To help with these challenges, Citrus-Lime have brought forward three Cloud POS improvements, aimed specifically at helping improve the efficiency of the Pick, Pack, and Despatch process. 

Improvements

• Picklist - Date filter added onto the select store picklist page. This allows you to reduce the number of orders that will be loaded, reducing the load time needed to generate the picklist. 

The dates chosen will be displayed at the top Picklist. To amend the dates being worked on you can return to make a new selection by clicking "Select Store & Dates for Picklist".

• Picklist - Due Date added as an available option in Column Chooser

• Additional Order Status added - "Ready for Despatch".
