Workshop jobs that have not yet been scheduled can be found in the Unscheduled Jobs list, at the top or on the left-hand side of the Workshop Calendar screen.

Using the dropdown menu in the top left, you can order the Unscheduled Jobs by Created Date (when the workshop job was created) or by Due Date (when the customer is expecting the work to be complete).

You can also use the Search bar to search by Customer Name, Service Item, Order Reference, or Order Number:

On the Job card, you can see the due date i.e. when the customer is expecting to collect the completed job.

Click and drag the job from the Unscheduled Jobs list onto the calendar on the time and day you want the work to be undertaken.
In the example below, we can see the job needs to be collected on the 23rd, we will therefore drag it onto the 23rd January.
When you drag the job onto the calendar, it will use the Workshop Minutes setting from each item on the job to fill the appropriate amount of time on the calendar.

Hovering over the bottom or top of the job will reveal an arrow that allows you to shrink or expand the job to take up a different amount of time in the calendar.
You can drag the job around on the calendar if you need to change the time or day the job is scheduled.
To assign the job to a particular Mechanic, double-click on the job card in the calendar to open the job at the top of the screen. Choose the correct mechanic from the dropdown:

If you prefer, you can also switch to the List view for the Workshop Module by clicking on the List tab at the top of the screen:

The List view shows all Workshop Jobs that are currently scheduled. You can group the list by Start Date using the Group By dropdown menu, or you can click on the the column titles to reorder the List.
