Transaction speed. 

A key focus for our development team for this release has been transaction speed. Transaction speed is faster for standard transactions and orders with the most notable improvements being on transactions with large line quantities.

Issue causing instances of transactions freezing has been resolved

Our development team have been investigating reports of transactions freezing when attempting to tender. We have identified and resolved the issue of these deadlocks.

Purchase order creation time out's no longer occur 

Our development team have been investigating reports of purchase orders timing out during creation. We have identified and resolved this issue.

When using multi site, all customer communication emails and SMS are now sent from the specific store.

You can set the email and phone number in your store settings in the back office menu. Please take a look at the following article for more information: Setting a Store email address

Customer phone number has been added to A4 and 40Column receipts

this will be visible for standard transactions, workshop jobs, orders and quotes

Refunds can now be processed to account with a credit limit set to zero

This means a credit limit is not required if you wish to make a refund onto a customer's account to put their account balance to a positive value.

Workshop job status can now be viewed from the POS recall order screen

When recalling a workshop job, it is now possible to view the status of the job within the POS recall grid. The grid will state if the order is unscheduled, incomplete or complete.

Mark as placed button has been moved to a main button on the PO menu (no longer in options menu)

Mouse scrolling has been removed from all number fields in back office

This means that the mouse scroll will not increase/decrease prices or quantities when rolling up and down.
