    Merchant Tools - Responding to Back In-Stock Requests

    If you've had an item go out of stock or you've had an item set as pre-launch, a customer may have left their email address to be contacted when it comes back in stock.

    You can see what items have pending requests here;

    Once here, you can click on the number under "Requests" to see customers who have requested notifications when the product is available again.This will provide a list of email addresses for you to contact the customer.
