If you need to add a comment to the bottom of the 40 column thermal receipts produced from your system, you can do this from within Cloud POS Backoffice.

Open the menu on the left hand side of the home page, scroll down to the Setup option and expand this, then click on Registers & Barcode Label Printers.

This will take you to a page with a list of all of your registers.  Click Edit for the register that you wish to add the comment to.  This will take you to the page shown below, enter the comment you wish to display on the receipt then scroll down and click Save:

Once this is complete go to the Point Of Sale and complete a test transaction to make sure the comment is showing:
